FHTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer citizen advocacy group promoting the development of a public trail system in Fairfield County. (Phewwww! That's a mouthful if you say it out loud, isn't it?)
Like any volunteer group, we're always looking for new ideas, new members, and new sources of funding to further our cause. If you're the kind of person who wants to make Fairfield County a better place to live, download and print a membership application and consider joining FHTA. If you just want to learn about upcoming events or attend a meeting, you'll find our calendar and meeting location here. If you're a zillionaire (or even a "hundred-aire"!), there's an opportunity to donate money to help us continue our efforts. Finally, you can learn about how we got started and how we got this far by reviewing our history.
